Migration Architect – Wireless & Cloud Platform Transformation

Job descriptionProven experience with Aruba Central and cloud-based WLAN provisioning. Familiarity with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and cloud onboarding workflows. Demonstrated success in migrating large-scale wireless networks (AOS 6 / 8 → AOS 10). Ability to assess legacy deployments and design scalable migration paths. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) for provisioning and configuration. Understanding of REST APIs for Aruba Central and AOS 10. Knowledge of wireless security protocols (WPA3, 802.1X, etc.). Experience with role-based access control and policy enforcement in Aruba environments. Ability to create migration playbooks, SOWs, and technical documentation. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team enablement. Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) or Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX). Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus. Experience with SD-Branch deployments and integration with AOS 10. Familiarity with Aruba Central Insights, AI-powered analytics, and telemetry data. Experience integrating Aruba wireless with third-party NAC, SIEM, or SD-WAN solutions. Experience training or mentoring SEs and partner teams on wireless migration best practices.
Wireless Networking Expertise :
- Deep understanding of WLAN architecture (802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax, SSID, VLAN, Radius, DHCP, DNS), RF fundamentals, and mobility.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba AOS 6 / 8 / 10 platforms.
