Job description
What you will work on :
- Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans.
- Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers.
- Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes
