The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and hands on experience in cutting tool applications. Mainly consists of Application Support for all CERATIZIT products, pre and post products, Projects & Sales executions including project sales, conducting technical trials and seminars as instructed and any other related work assigned by your managers from time to time.

Responsibilities

1. To provide technical support to Sales Team for Business Conversion, Penetration & Retention.

2. Hands on experience on Manufacturing process, Technical / DAP Discussion with customer & coordination on tooling up projects

3. Hands on experience on CNC Machines, NC Program & Complete Project execution as per the commitment

4. Demonstrate Value proposition by showing cost savings and productivity improvement proposals to customer by proving the best tool / Solution over competition, seminars etc.

5. To lead the sales team in identifying process improvement areas at customer end and provide right tooling proposal and establish the same to better CPC and productivity

6. Identify conversion opportunities with key customer & conduct extensive trials to achieve better cost savings to the customer. In turn to support sales team to generate new business.

7. Sound knowledge on Work holding devices & Cutting tools trouble shooting.

8. To act as the nodal coordinator in complaint management system and assist sales team with the right strategy in both real time and offline troubleshooting cases

9. To coordinate with stake holders in back-office team in design, project and production for finalizing solution or proposing any new products

10. To build technical competence amongst the sales team though required training, webinar and seminar both in customer premises and online medium

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field
• Strong Cutting tools application knowledge and communication skills
• Detail oriented Ability to multitask
