Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Deep understanding of finance business processes and regulatory requirements (GAAP / IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in Oracle R12 and / or Oracle Cloud Financials (preferred modules : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax engines, payroll, procurement).
- Familiarity with tools like AIM, OUM, or Oracle Unified Methodology.

Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s)Functional Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View, BI Publisher)Experience in Multi-Org, Multi-Currency, Multi-Ledger setupsUnderstanding of SOX compliance and internal controlsStrong presentation, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesSoft Skills :
