Quality Control Executive

Location : Changodar, Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience Required : 0–2 Years Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, B.Tech in Food Processing or relevant discipline Working Days : Monday to Saturday Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM Job Summary Riks Global Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Check & Audit Executive to ensure food quality, safety, and process compliance. The role includes quality control across production, auditing, and supervising the quality of raw materials being purchased. Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks at all stages—raw material, in-process, and finished goods
• Supervise the quality of raw materials during the purchase and receiving process
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure material quality meets standards
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, and internal quality protocols
• Collect samples and conduct routine lab tests or arrange for external testing
• Monitor daily production quality and report any deviations
• Assist in internal audits and maintain proper audit documentation
• Work with the production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and standard operating procedures
• Support implementation of preventive and corrective actions based on audit findings Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)
• Understanding of raw material quality control
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation ability
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
