Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy : Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize account performance.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and manage contract renewals.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care.Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
