Job Summary :
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Provide basic information about the organization to clients and visitors.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or hospitality is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and behavior.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Preferred Skills :
