Storage Specialist

NetApp ONTAP Expertise : Strong understanding and hands-on experience with advanced ONTAP features, including MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS.

Storage Protocols :

Proficiency in both SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS / SMB) concepts and environments.

Storage Grid & Object Storage :

Experience with solutions like StorageGRID and other object store services.

Hands-on experience with NetApp's cloud and automation platforms.

ITIL Framework :

Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management.

Scripting & Automation :

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible.

Virtualization :

Experience managing storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware.

Communication Skills :

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills for effective support and client interaction.
