Senior Integration Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist to own integrations and ensure seamless lead data handoffs to Sales.
This role involves streamlining automation, optimizing data flow, and enhancing marketing-sales alignment in a high-performance environment.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party martech platforms.
- Design and maintain API-based and native integrations for data synchronization.
- Manage lead lifecycle workflows from capture to scoring, routing, and handoff.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Demand Gen to improve attribution and funnel visibility.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation and data flow processes.
To be successful in this role :
You will have 3–6 years' experience in Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Martech Integrations.Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or Marketo.A strong grasp of lead scoring, routing, and attribution models.Basic SQL or data management knowledge.Experience with integration tools Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, Segment, Snowflake preferred.The ideal candidate must have direct experience leading end-to-end marketing operations for a SaaS-based organization.
This role requires working primarily during Pacific Standard Time business hours. Candidates must be available for core collaboration hours and team meetings.
