QA Automation Manager

Job descriptionStrong hands-on automation experience using Playwright with Java / Python (preferred). Alternatively, Selenium with Java experience is acceptable. Prior experience as Test Manager with both technical and managerial responsibilities. Strong people management skills (80% technical + 20% management blend). Ability to manage client-side technical stakeholders (developers). Development background or coding exposure. Banking domain (Corporate Lending / Loan Origination).

Team Size : Manage 18–20 members or greater (8–9 squads)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation testing initiatives for a corporate lending / origination platform.
- Manage a mid-sized team of testers while being hands-on with automation.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and handle pressure situations effectively.
- Deliver test management activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive quality assurance in fast-paced client environments.
