Tech Lead

We are hiring a Java Tech Lead to architect, build, and lead delivery of microservice-based applications deployed on AWS. You will lead a small cross-functional development team, collaborate with product.

What You'll Do.

• Lead and mentor a development team (planning, code reviews)
• Architect and implement microservices using Java 17 (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
• Own technical design, API design, and system integration patterns
• Build, maintain, and improve CI / CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2-based deployments); collaborate with DevOps
• Ensure robust database design and performance with relational databases
• Drive test automation, code quality, observability (logging / metrics), and incident response
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and QA
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes
• Communicate technical trade-offs and roadmap to stakeholders
