Job Title : Chief Manager - Auto Claims

Location : Nagpur

Job Description :

Prepare and analyze loss runs Serve as a technical resource to company. Lead, support, and coach, and Guest Claims Cast Members, Review of claim files in process through effective leadership, builds highly effective claims team.

Job Purpose :

A team leader is responsible for guiding a group of employees as they complete a project. They are responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal. Some of the ways team leader ensure they reach their goals is by delegating tasks to their members, including themselves.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Closing Ratio / Meeting all KPI of team member& Self

2. Re-open ratio / Segmentation of vehicles

3. Reduce LAE(Loss Adjustment Expenses)

4. To maintain the Hygiene / TAT(Total Around Time)

5. Adherence to PRI Regulations

6. Live Video Inspection

Qualifications :

To excel in this position, you should possess :

Experience : 5 to 7 years in Auto Claims domain.

Current Role : Must be in a team handling / managerial position.

License : Valid Motor Surveyor License is mandatory.

Education : B.Tech or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Location : Nagpur (Base); coverage includes entire Vidarbha territory.
