Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, HR managers, and industry experts. Identify potential employers and develop partnerships for placements and internships. Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences. Understand the needs of employers and align candidate training accordingly. Organize the SIP(Summer Internship Program) for the students. Maintain databases of potential employers, placement statistics, and alumni records. Prepare reports on placement success rates, employer feedback, and areas of improvement. Track the success rate of placements and identify areas needing improvement. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the placement process. Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum 8 years of experience in placement activities, career counseling, or HR management, preferably in an educational institution. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with proven ability to engage with corporate recruiters and industry stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with placement management software / tools.
