Generative AI Engineer

Hi! We're looking for an expert Generative AI Engineer to work on cutting-edge AI solutions for our World-class HR Technology platforms. You will work closely with the founder and contribute directly to strategic growth as an Individual Contributor (IC) role, and take full ownership of AI product development initiatives by collaborating with Developers and consultants to implement end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in generative AI development with production deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of GPT, VAE, GANs, and LangChain frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries / frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with MongoDB, vector databases, and Linux for scalable AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Strong software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures knowledge.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and business-aware.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with small teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
