Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate existing business processes anticipate requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conduct meetings presentations and workshops to share ideas findings and recommendations.
• Perform requirements analysis and document findings for stakeholders.
• Gather critical information from various stakeholders and produce actionable reports.
• Work closely with clients technical teams and management to ensure alignment of business needs.
• Provide leadership guidance and training to junior staff members.
• Allocate resources efficiently and maintain cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system performance.
• Manage projects develop project plans and monitor progress against deliverables.
• Update implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and criticality.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience in requirements gathering documentation and process mapping.

Proficiency with project management and business analysis tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.

Knowledge of process optimization workflow automation and business systems.
