About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python AI Model Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant AI / ML frameworks
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and algorithm selection
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios
• Conduct model validation, A / B testing, and performance analysis
• Stay current with latest AI / ML research and integrate innovative techniques into existing workflows
• Document model architecture, methodologies, and results for stakeholder communication
• Troubleshoot and debug model issues in development and production environments
