About the Role :
As a Senior Manager in the Oracle ERP / EPM Engineering team, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and career development, ensuring that team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with T-Mobile’s global ERP / EPM transformation. You will be the local leader, working closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes.
What You will Do :
- Lead and manage a high-performing ERP / EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
- Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
- Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
- Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
- Champion T-Mobile’s values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
- Ensure team alignment with global ERP / EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
- Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.
What You will Bring :
10 – 12 years of IT / ERP / EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.Must Have Skills :
People Management and proficiency in 2 of the following : Oracle GL, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle FCCS, Oracle EPRCS.Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.Nice-to-Have :
Experience managing Oracle ERP / EPM engineering teams.Familiarity with HR processes and tools (performance systems, engagement surveys, succession planning).Exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices.
