We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding and L&D Specialist to drive and enhance our new hire onboarding and learning programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end onboarding, managing learning management system platforms, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining compliance reports.
This role will collaborate with People Success, Business Leaders, IT, Admin and Vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding and learning experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Operations
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, contractors, consultants and interns.
- Coordinate with People Success, IT, and hiring managers to ensure timely provisioning of access, induction schedules, and welcome kits.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and track completion of required training and documentation.
Learning Management & Content Delivery
Create and assign courses through the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and completion tracking.Conduct live and virtual learning sessions to reinforce key programs and drive engagement across teams.Develop and upload engaging training content using LMS authoring tools.Manage LMS users effectively by overseeing onboarding, role assignments, progress tracking, and maintaining data accuracy.Compliance & Reporting
Generate and maintain compliance training reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.Create dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets and Looker Studio for internal tracking and audits.Tools & Platform Administration
Administer the onboarding modules of the HRMS platform.Use Google Workspace tools like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Google Drive & MS Office for documentation, collaboration, and communication.Manage learning platforms and ensure course availability and functionality.Training Coordination & Documentation
Schedule internal and external training sessions, manage invitations, logistics, and reminders.Liaise with external vendors for training delivery, agreements, invoices, and sharing resources.Maintain accurate records of training activities, contracts, payments, and feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications
4 plus years of experience in Learning & Development or Onboarding roles.Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes.Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Onboarding modules) and Learning Management System.Proficiency in Google Workspace tools like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Google Drive, and Looker Studio.Experience working with LMS administration tasks like course creation, user management, and reporting.Excellent coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and documentation.Ability to manage vendor relationships, training calendars, and invoicing processes.
