• Your Role

As a senior backend developer leader, you'll set the tone for process excellence and code quality across a team of developers. You'll lead by example, establishing a strong culture of testing and requirements documentation before coding begins, and maintaining delivery discipline in sprint cycles and Kanban workflows.

• Responsibilities
• Lead backend development in Golang (event-driven systems, APIs, pipelines).
• Establish and enforce a testing culture (unit, integration, load testing).
• Ensure requirements are well-documented before development begins.
• Drive quality and delivery discipline in sprint planning.
• Mentor and coach developers, ensuring consistent code quality and reviews.
• Requirements
• 6+ years backend development experience, 3+ years with Golang.
• Hands-on experience leading teams through process improvements.
• Proven track record working with event-driven architectures at scale.
• Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Experience with ADRs and design documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
