Purpose of the Job :

The prospective candidate will be supporting in
New product Development, its approval flow, and life cycle management
Planning and strategy for ICIB in midterm and long term business growth.
Interaction with internal, external stakeholder, co-ordination with various team on day to day matters and functions related to broadly two categories as mentioned in first point.

Job Responsibilities :

Handling Daily deliverables of new products, planning and strategy of business.

Arrangement / Conducting internal and external meetings with any probable partner from ideating till closure of the project.

The candidate should be versant with RBI and Other regulatory circulars and its interpretations in a banking system.

The candidate should be working on delivery of assignment with speed and quality.

Support team members in managing items related to planning and strategy and internal policies in own area of work / business.

Creating high quality presentation (PPTs) for senior management on strategic meets, short term and mid-term plan, monthly updates, business performances etc.

To be part of Conceptualizing team of new banking products and offerings in alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.

To prepare comprehensive product notes, strategic papers, and business plan documents.

To assist in the formulation of mid-term and long-term business strategies and implementation roadmaps.

Draft concept papers based on guidance, research notes and internal discussion documents pertaining to product.

Qualifications and requirements :

3- 5 years of work experience in Product Management in Bank or Consultancy function.

Proficient drafting professional documents and Power point Skill- Consultancy background will be preferred.

Advance Excel, Power Point, Office Suite
