Role : Growth Consultant
Objective :
Be the primary advocate for Shipsy’s customers, ensuring maximum value realization , strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth and retention .
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term client partnershipsOnboarding & AdoptionEnsure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoptionAccount Reviews & GrowthConduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesCustomer AdvocacyRepresent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teamsProblem ResolutionProactively address challenges in partnership with support / product teamsTraining & EnablementDeliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clientsData-Driven InsightsAnalyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategiesRenewals & RetentionPartner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenueGrowth Consulting & StrategyAdvise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomesCandidate Profile :
Experience : 3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain / logistics tech, or Expansion Sales
Knowledge : Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management
Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally
Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
