Financial Analyst (Immediate Joiners)

Role : Finance Analyst

Timings : 11 Am - 8 Pm

Experience : 2-4 Years

Location : Sec-66 Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

Overlook / Audit bookkeeping and accounting entries, including expense recording, invoicing, and reconciliations across multiple bank and payment platforms.

Maintain and update financial trackers for payments, receivables, and cashflow.

Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations for vendors, clients, and internal accounts.

Support invoicing cycles, ensuring accurate and timely billing and follow-ups.

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and finalise monthly and annual book closures, P&L preparation, and audit coordination.

Ensure compliance with GST, forex, and revenue verification requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client or payment-related issues.

Assist in implementing and improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, including foreign book-keeping

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting.

Strong communication skills
