Job Title : Junior Web Developer

Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India

Employment Type : Full-Time

Work Mode : Onsite

Notice Period : 30 Days

Salary Range : 510 LPA

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Web Developer with strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of React.js. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Assist in creating interactive UI components using React.js basics.

Collaboration & Code Quality :

Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Performance & Optimization :

Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs for various devices.

Learning & Growth :

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance :

Debug and fix UI-related issues.

Provide support in maintaining existing projects and implementing new features.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must Have :

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Basic understanding of React.js and component-based architecture.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and browser compatibility.

Understanding of Git or other version control systems.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

Basic exposure to frontend build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.).

Awareness of UI / UX best practices.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Career Growth :
