Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with a strong background in couture or designer fashion brands. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end social media responsibilities — from ideation and planning to execution, engagement, and growth. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, discipline, strategic thinking, and an eye for premium fashion aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content and build structured posting calendars.
- Daily content posting across all required platforms.
- Create visually strong content using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Canva.
- Develop moodboards and creative direction for photoshoots.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Manage community engagement — DMs, comments, customer responses.
- Conduct influencer research, outreach, and partnership coordination.
- Track insights & performance to suggest growth-driven improvements.
- Proactively bring fresh ideas to increase engagement, reach & followers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in fashion-focused social media management.Must have prior experience handling luxury or couture fashion brands.Strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and understanding of premium brand tone.Ability to take ownership and work independently with accountability.Growth-oriented mindset — not just manage, but scale.Who Should NOT Apply
