Job Description
Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
- Be a part of team responsible for increasing the awareness of CRISIL Research products & services (Industry Research platform & Quantix).
- Through trainings & product demo's increase the users & usage of the CRISIL research services in the defined territories / regions / client segments.
- Client segments primarily include commercial banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, private equities, investment banks, co-operative banks, corporates, insurance companies across allocated geographies.
- Develop good rapport & connect with the key users of various departments at the client organizations.
- Getting market feedback for new product development or enhancing existing products.
- Feedback & testimonials to be collected on a timely basis from the users.
Process Adherence
Self-motivated for achieving business objectives.Constant upgradation of product knowledge for effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.Maintenance & regular updation of contacts, client / product feedback & meeting reports.Competition tracking and giving feeds on the same to business.Client Management / Stakeholder Management
Key account management through regular meetings with contacts across the hierarchy and across departmentsPlease note :
