Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.
Develop visually appealing communication and campaign materials using Canva (Pro level)
Manage and organize employee experience documents, dashboards, and reports on OneDrive.
Track, analyze, and report on employee engagement metrics using Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, etc.).
Plan and execute employee events, wellness programs, and engagement activities across locations.
Drive consistent internal communication through mailers, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Support and enhance the New Hire Onboarding experience by creating engaging sessions and materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement feedback from employee surveys and focus groups into actionable improvements.
Maintain and update content for HR platforms, intranet, and engagement tools.
Support recognition programs, rewards, and initiatives that celebrate milestones and achievements.
Manage vendor partnerships for employee events, gifting, and engagement programs.
Skills :
Strong command of Canva Pro for designing impactful creatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Prior experience in employee engagement, HR communications, or similar roles preferred.
