Job description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie Indian with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Indian in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
