We are CPA firm working with US Clients for Bookkeeping and Accounting services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Mumbai. The Account Executive will oversee day-to-day client accounts, manage client communication, and handle bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include analysing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting team projects as needed. The role requires collaboration with team members to meet client needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools, preferably Quickbooks.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience in a similar role or familiarity with bookkeeping and financial processes is an advantage
