The Role : Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and branding initiatives for Break Protection. This role combines strategy and execution, ensuring our brand presence is strong both digitally and offline. You’ll drive awareness, engagement, and growth while aligning with international brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute annual marketing plans, budgets, and calendars aligned with global brand goals.
Digital Marketing Leadership : Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, PPC) to boost traffic and sales.
SEO / SEM Mastery : Build strong visibility through robust search strategies.
Campaign & Brand Management : Plan and deliver impactful campaigns, advertisements, and editorials.
Creative Development : Collaborate with global teams, agencies, and designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Performance Tracking : Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using digital analytics tools.
Cross-Country Coordination : Ensure brand consistency across India, UAE, Oman, UK, and Malaysia.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably with a consumer brand or in tech / electronics).
Strong portfolio in brand development and strategy execution.
Hands-on expertise in SEO / SEM, social media, PPC, and analytics tools.
Strong skills in content development (digital + traditional media).
Experience in managing budgets, calendars, and multi-stakeholder projects.
Ability to brief, guide, and collaborate with creative / agency partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
