Role Overview :
We are looking for experienced BPO executives with a clear American accent to join our patient experience calling team. Your role will involve first-touch calls, ongoing follow-ups, and empathetic support for patients from the US and Canada looking to travel for medical care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound and attend inbound calls from international patients
- Understand patient needs and share information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps
- Manage follow-ups, update CRM systems, and coordinate with case managers
- Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and helpful interaction every single time
- Work closely with internal teams to align on timelines, documents, and treatment journeys
Requirements :
