Job Opportunity

We are a software development studio dedicated to sustainable system development, prioritizing digital solutions that elevate our clients' businesses while minimizing ecological impact.

Role Overview :

We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to build relationships, communicate with potential clients, and support business expansion through proactive outreach and engagement.

  • Establish communication with qualified leads via phone, email, and other channels to foster lasting connections.
  • Attend initial client meetings to introduce our services and understand client needs, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials that showcase our value proposition.
  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to boost engagement and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting to expand our client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system for efficient tracking and analysis.
  • Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience or internship in Sales, Business Development, or IT services / consulting (a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Ability to confidently engage with potential clients via calls and meetings to establish trust and rapport.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Sales Navigator, or email automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for success.
