Human Capital Management Consultant

The role is for a collaborative professional who will be working on human capital management and payroll transformation projects with clients.

Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering workshops, engaging with stakeholders, and creating documentation.

Skills required include hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labour implementation, as well as proficiency in writing formulae for OTL.

Additional skills such as experience with Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Workforce Compensation, and Absence Management are desirable.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA in HR or a related qualification being an added advantage.

This position offers the opportunity to work from Chennai, INDIA with potential client onsite visits.
