Job descriptionDefine and execute product strategies aligned with Shine's overall business objectives. Conduct competitive research and stay updated on market trends to identify new opportunities. Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer insights, business needs, and data analysis. Continuously refine priorities to maximize product and business impact. Leverage data, analytics, and user research to uncover insights and guide product decisions. Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs to evaluate success. Champion user needs through deep customer research and feedback gathering. Translate insights into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences. Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and launch product features. Ensure transparency and alignment through regular communication with stakeholders. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market execution. Monitor product adoption and performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback. 4-5 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, tech platforms, or marketplaces. B.Tech and MBA from top-tier institutes (mandatory). Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms. Passionate about user-first thinking, innovation, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
