Maverick Corporation is a leading Manufacturer of Sports Flooring in India and having its factories based in Bangalore which manufacture Artificial Grass and Interlocking Sports Floorings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing hiring strategies, enhancing employer branding, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. The role requires proactive outreach to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
• Excellent Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Demonstrated experience in Recruiting and building talent pipelines
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a comparable industry is a plus

Candidate will have to attend a Personal Interview in Bangalore with the Management. Candidates who are based in Bangalore or Candidates who are willing to relocate to Bangalore can apply. Candidates from Textile Industry or Plastic Industry will be given preference.
