About the Role

We’re looking for a MERN stack developer who can actually ship. Someone who writes clean, scalable code, understands microservices, and doesn’t panic when the backend coughs or the frontend breaks. If you love solving real problems, owning features end-to-end, and moving fast, you’ll fit right in.

• Key Responsibilities
• Build, optimize, and maintain full-stack applications using
• MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Develop clean, reusable, and modular code following industry best practices.
• Work on APIs, integrations, authentication, and scalable backend systems.
• Build responsive, intuitive, pixel-perfect UI / UX using React.
• Debug performance issues and fix problems across the stack (yes, both frontend and backend).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver features fast.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud environments (AWS / GCP is a plus).
• Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Comfortable with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker is a plus).
• Ability to break down complex problems into clean solutions.
• Experience with SSR / Next.js is a bonus—but not mandatory.
• Good to Have
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with message queues (Bull, Redis, RabbitMQ).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment (translation : you won’t cry if priorities change).
