Senior IT Asset Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT asset management consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT asset management services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include managing client engagements, including configuration, data validation, and system updates. You will also participate in regular calls and collaboration with internal global teams and client contacts.

Your duties will include :

• Manage client data, perform entitlement and contract analysis, and configure system settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high-quality delivery of IT asset management services.
