Job Description : Dot Net Technical Lead

Location : Hyderabad, India

Experience : 8+years Education : B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA

Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, project managers and technical SMEs to establish technical vision and architectures to support delivery of features and capabilities on the product roadmap

2. Lead team in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, tech stack selection, code development and testing

3. Mentor and coach developers to transition architecture skills and communicate big picture goals and deliverables

4. Ensure the on-time delivery of product roadmap features and schedules

5. Manage a small but diverse group of technical professionals (engineers, developers, testers)

6. Lead Sprint planning meetings and facilitate high level planning / estimates on behalf of the development team

7. Participate in all SCRUM meetings (planning, retrospectives, daily SCRUM)

8. Prototype new system features and architectural changes

Qualifications :

Education : B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field.

Experience : 8 + years in Full Stack Software Development, with significant experience in. NET Stack and frontend technologies.

SCREENING CRITERIA

B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field

At least 8 years of experience as a senior developer and technical lead implementing. NET web MVC based applications using C# and. NET technologies (ASP. NET, ADO. NET and others) and high performing Web APIs using Entity Framework

Must have worked on at least two projects of migrating applications from legacy. Net framework to. Net 6 or. Net 8 core

Experience with on-premise infrastructure platforms and development practices

Experience in middleware, dependency injection, and configuration

Experience in Implementing security with ASP. NET Core Identity, Integrating OAuth2, Open ID Connect, and social login providers. Applying role-based and policy-based authorization

Experience in introducing / managing range of modern development methodologies and stacks.

Experience leveraging technology trends in the industry and recommend / apply to products / services / use cases in a timely manner including new versions of software, emerging tech stacks, advanced development techniques keeping application security and performance as key tenets

Hands on experience implementing API gateway and configuration web API / applications behind WAF (Web Application Firewall)

Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems like Bit Bucket, Test Automation (like NUnit and Selenium) and Continuous integration

Deep understanding on. Net Platform 8.x including the following advanced features of. Net core.

1. Building real-time applications with ASP. NET Core Signal R

2. Implementing Web Socket communication and server push

3. Developing real-time features like chat, notifications, and live updates

4. Ensuring the scalability and performance of real-time applications

5. Designing scalable. NET applications and services

6. Implementing load balancing, caching, and data partitioning strategies

7. Ensuring high availability with failover, replication, and redundancy

8. Monitoring and optimizing system performance under load

9. Implementing advanced error handling techniques and patterns

10. Building resilient and fault-tolerant applications

11. Implementing circuit breakers, retries, and fallback strategies

12. Monitoring application health and handling transient failures

13. Understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles and concepts and collaborating with domain experts and stakeholders to build domain-driven solutions

14. Modeling complex domains and defining bounded contexts

15. Implementing domain events, aggregates, and event sourcing

16. Event-driven systems with message queues and event buses

17. Messaging technologies (e.g., Rabbit MQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka)

18. Event sourcing and CQRS patterns

19. Advanced C# features (e.g., asynchronous programming, generics, reflection)
