Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Associate to support our team in delivering exceptional coaching services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Personal Coach in client accountability and learning & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Personal Coach to develop and implement client-centric training programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform coaching strategies.
- Analyze client progress, metrics, and maintain accurate records to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Design engaging presentations and tools to support training and coaching topics.
- Support the development of innovative coaching strategies by incorporating cutting-edge techniques and methodologies.
Critical Skills Required :
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.Proven experience in training and coaching within a B2B environment for an Ed Tech platform or Educational Set up / Training Company.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of social media performance analysis reports and related tools.What We Offer :
