Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the migration and enhancement of our HR Service Delivery platform. The ideal candidate will design and implement Employee Center Pro, streamline HR workflows, and ensure a secure, scalable, and user-friendly HR experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the migration of legacy HR portals to the new Employee Center Pro, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Design and implement custom pages, widgets, and interfaces tailored to business requirements.
• Migrate and restructure categories, catalogs, and knowledge articles to new taxonomies and topic structures for improved discoverability and UX.
• Configure and deploy the Employee Relations module, ensuring secure, compliant handling of sensitive HR cases.
• Automate HR workflows and case management using Now Assist features such as Case Summarization and Predictive Intelligence.
• Develop custom email templates, response formats, and ACL configurations to enforce proper data visibility and access controls.
• Create and manage custom flows using Flow Designer for HR catalogs and Employee Relations workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
