Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for an Affiliate & Partnership Associate. Key responsibilities include managing and growing the affiliate and partnership network, identifying and onboarding new affiliates, and building strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data to optimize ROI, and collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with business objectives. The candidate will play a crucial role in negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Building, and Customer Retention strategies

Strong Data Analysis, Reporting, and ROI Optimization skills

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities

Experience in Account Management and Campaign Performance Monitoring

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with advertising technologies and digital marketing trends is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
