Experience :  5-8 years (Hospitality industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Lead training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

Foster a positive work culture that reflects The Ummed’s core values of warmth, excellence, and service.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the  hospitality industry .

Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliances, and modern HR tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

A proactive, empathetic, and organized professional passionate about people and culture.
