About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trainer – Laboratory Automation professional to develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs focused on laboratory automation systems and instruments used in pharmaceutical R&D and QC environments. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of automated laboratory workflows, systems integration, and regulatory compliance within pharma labs (GMP, GLP).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on laboratory automation platforms, instruments, and software.
• Conduct hands-on sessions for new users and experienced professionals covering system operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and data integrity.
• Train cross-functional teams (QC, QA, R&D, IT, and Engineering) on integrated workflows involving automation systems.
• Collaborate with OEMs, automation vendors, and internal stakeholders to update and align training content with the latest technologies and regulatory standards.
• Develop competency assessment tools and certify participants post-training.
• Maintain training records in compliance with GxP and documentation requirements.
• Support qualification / validation activities and train teams on IQ / OQ / PQ processes for automated systems.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, audits, and performance metrics.
• Mentor junior trainers and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in laboratory automation.
