Job descriptionStrategy and collaboration : Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and work with hiring managers to define specific role requirements and understand staffing needs. Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking events, professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Screening and evaluation : Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Interview coordination : Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels, and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and the hiring team. Offer and onboarding : Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and work with new hires through onboarding to ensure a successful start. Relationship management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals for future opportunities and act as the primary point of contact for candidates. Market expertise : Stay current on industry trends, market compensation, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to leadership. Metrics and reporting : Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and inform future strategies. Hard Skills : Full-Cycle Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing (e.G., job boards, social media), Interviewing Techniques (structured / behavioral), Offer Negotiation, Pipeline Management, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Soft Skills : Exceptional Communication (verbal and written), Relationship Building, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, Tenacity, Goal-Oriented. Must have proven experience in Sales & lkeadership hiring in the Europe Market. Key responsibilities are to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and stay updated on market trends.
