This is a rare chance to join the foundational team and build the core intelligence of a modern financial institution from scratch. As a Data Scientist, you will be a key contributor to building India's first AI-native housing finance platform. You will have an outsized influence on our most critical intellectual property : the AI models that power our credit decisioning, risk management, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a first-principles thinker who is excited to solve some of the most challenging and impactful problems in fintech today.

• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation / Terraform.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms, primarily Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) :
• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for microservices and monolithic applications.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :
• Proficiently use Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure in a repeatable, version-controlled manner.
• Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible or Chef to ensure environment consistency.
• Monitoring and Observability :
• Set up and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack to ensure high performance and availability.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Security and Compliance (DevSecOps) :
• Integrate security practices into the CI / CD pipeline (Shift Left) by implementing static / dynamic application security testing (SAST / DAST).
• Enforce security best practices, including IAM policy management, VPC configuration, and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager / Vault).
• Operational Excellence :
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues.
• Optimize AWS cloud costs (FinOps) and resource utilization.
