About the Role
We are looking for an
Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer
who blends creativity with strategic thinking to produce world-class visual communication for
B2B brands .
You’ll be responsible for defining the creative direction across digital channels—transforming complex industrial, engineering, and technology concepts into visually compelling stories that drive business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a designer who has worked with
international B2B clients , understands
brand systems, lead-generation design, and campaign performance , and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Direction
Lead the design and visual development for
B2B marketing campaigns , including social media, landing pages, brochures, whitepapers, digital ads, and videos.
Conceptualize and execute creative strategies that simplify and elevate
technical and industrial narratives
for global audiences.
Develop
high-conversion digital assets
optimized for performance across platforms (LinkedIn, email, website, paid ads, etc.).
Oversee brand consistency, ensuring all designs align with client strategy, tone, and objectives.
Provide direction and feedback to junior designers to maintain high creative standards.
Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate with content strategists, marketers, and developers to align creative output with messaging and functionality.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into visual frameworks that enhance credibility and engagement.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
Optimization & Brand Systems
Create and maintain
visual identity systems
and design guidelines for each client.
Ensure all digital outputs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Leverage analytics and performance data to refine creative strategies and improve engagement metrics.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of
global B2B design trends
and innovations in digital storytelling, data visualization, and motion design.
Explore and implement
AI-driven design tools
to enhance efficiency and creative output.
Experiment with new design formats and animation techniques to strengthen client narratives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on design experience in a
digital-first or B2B marketing environment .
Proven portfolio showcasing strong command over
corporate, industrial, or technology brand design .
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma or XD.
Solid understanding of
UX / UI principles
and web design best practices.
Strong storytelling ability with a focus on
visual hierarchy, clarity, and conversion .
Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
