Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) is seeking a motivated and experienced SPICE Modeling Engineer to support advanced semiconductor process development. This position is based inBangalore, India, and is part of ADIs global modeling team, with members across the US, Ireland, and India.
We are particularly interested in candidates with deep expertise in high-voltage LDMOS and CMOS device modeling, as well as in modeling inter-device coupling effectsespecially those driven by parasitic bipolar action in monolithic silicon technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in device physics, a hands-on approach to electrical characterization, and a passion for exploring the physical limits of electronic instrumentation. This role is not just about using modeling toolsits about diving deep into measurements, experimentation, and innovation.
