Role Summary :

As a GW Automation QA Lead, you’ll drive automated testing for Guidewire Policy Center , ensuring robust and high-quality software delivery across the P&C insurance domain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP / UFT, Selenium, and VB Scripting.
• Execute automated test cases and document results.
• Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
