Role : IT Support Engineer

What will you do ?
- Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, network, and cloud tools.
- Troubleshoot issues faster than someone can say “my system isn’t working.”
- Manage device setups, onboarding, and system configurations with precision.
- Keep our systems compliant, secure, and running smoother than a newly polished SUV.
- Handle tickets, track issues, and maintain documentation (yes, the legendary “Docs”).
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams when things get really interesting.
- Ensure that every employee—from interns to leadership—has a seamless tech experience.
What we are looking for ?
Strong understanding of operating systems, networking basics, VPNs, and IT security practices.Hands-on experience with laptops, peripherals, admin consoles, and workplace tools (Google Workspace, Okta, MDMs, etc.).An instinct for troubleshooting — you don’t panic, you debug.Excellent communication skills (especially the “non-tech to tech” translation superpower).Ability to multitask and prioritize in our fast-paced environment.Bonus : Experience with automation, scripting, asset management tools, or making printers behave.
