Job Summary

The AI Solutions Architect / AI Implementation Specialist will serve as the bridge between business and technology, responsible for enabling AI adoption across the organization. This role involves evaluating AI tools, managing integrations, building prototypes, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI / ML, data engineering, and cloud platforms, coupled with excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors for business use cases.
• Handle integrations with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Ensure data pipelines and infrastructure readiness for AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for AI initiatives.
• Manage deployment and monitor performance of AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Document workflows and maintain scalability guidelines.
• Train and support business teams on AI basics and usage.
• Define and track AI ROI metrics and KPIs
• Cost optimization for AI infrastructure and licensing
• Performance benchmarking and continuous improvement
