Job descriptionTrack multiple projects and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage dashboards, reports, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, priorities, and key action items. Create visibility and accountability across teams. Have 2–5 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination. Are strong with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Zoho. Are meticulous, structured, and dependable in fast-moving setups.
